Erin Woodbury

Fitness | Nutrition | Media Chef

Erin Woodbury has spent 20 years turning her own drive for self-improvement into a career helping other women get stronger, healthier, and more confident. She’s a nutritionist and nutrition consultant for Renaissance ClubSport, a media chef and recipe developer for brands like Quest Nutrition and Blogilates, and a cookbook ghostwriter and online nutrition and cooking educator — with a new chapter starting soon as a contestant on America’s Next Bikini Chef.

I have always been a very driven, achievement-oriented, goal-focused, Type A personality. I am never satisfied with the status quo, and I am always trying to improve in every area of my life.
